•  Provide a real 3G showcase for general public to visualize and enjoy the benefits gaining from 3G services in their daily live. Eventually, the model can be cloned throughout HK to increase the awareness; stimulate the data usage to reach high penetration rate and ARPU of 3G services

•  Develop a systematic training scheme to train up local 3G talents for future 3G applications development and increase the competitive edge of HK across China and Asia Pacific countries

•  Restate the technology-oriented image of Cyberport and provide additional promotion channels for wireless and mobile industry players to disseminate 3G services and generate business opportunities

Nevertheless, the project is coping with the vision to facilitate HK as the Asia Hub of wireless and mobile development.
