  • Enrollment Form must be submitted with mission fee together. Otherwise, enrollment is claimed to be unsuccessful.
  • Cancellations received in writing before 14 working days, of the mission will be entitled to a full refund less 10% administration fee. Thereafter, cancellations are not refundable. Participants may be substituted any time.
  • Hong Kong Wireless Development Centre reserve the right to reject the application without any reason.
  • The organizers reserve the right to change the contents, venue and / or time as necessary.
  • The mission in the morning, afternoon or evening will be cancelled if typhoon signal No. 8 or above OR black rainstorm warning is still hoisted after (or is announced by the Hong Kong Observatory to be hoisted at/after) 6:00a.m., 11:00a.m. and 4:00p.m. respectively.
